Mr. Habib was a fixture in downtown Kirkland, where he enjoyed conversations with his many friends at the neighborhood’s coffee shops and restaurants, and his daily walks along the city’s picturesque waterfront. He loved his Harley Davidson, listening to the blues, and a glass of wine before dinner. Above all, he loved his family and friends, and was always ready with a joke or with helpful advice.
He is survived by his wife, Superior Court Judge Susan Amini, and his son, Cyrus Habib, the state’s newly elected Lieutenant Governor.
